Hello, I'm alee, the founder of Velique.
I started this as I used to spend hours at the nail salon with my nail girl every 4-6 weeks doing my nails. She knew exactly what I loved - down to the specific shape, colour preferences and details in her designs. It got more difficult when she moved further away and it became harder to find someone else who knew my preferences. Even more frustrating when a nail would break soon after an appointment (due to life) and it was impossible to fix it before scheduling the next one. I wanted something that was easier and more flexible - nails that looked good, didn't cost a fortune to maintain, lasted weeks, and didn't need me to build my week around them.
Velique was built for that. Every design is chosen to meet a specific standard of shape, tone, and wearability, then brought together into a collection that makes sense as a whole. Clean lines, considered tones, designs that sit comfortably between work and life, to allow you to go from morning to evening and match your lifestyle.
