Shipping
- Orders are typically prepared within 3 business days before sending out. Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with tracking so you can follow its progress.
- For Australian orders: You should expect to receive your order within 10-20 business days from dispatch. Occasionally a small number of items may take a little longer - during Lunar New Year (usually late January-February) and other peak periods, please allow extra time.
- International Shipping: Currently not offered but we're currently looking at options worldwide.
Returns and Exchanges
- As press-ons are a hygiene product, we accept returns on unopened, unused sets within 14 days of delivery.
- Faulty, damaged, or incorrect items are covered separately. Please get in touch and we'll sort it. For the full policy, see our Refund Policy.
